Who we are
Siir & Rui Ventures, LDA ("we"), a company registered in Portugal with NIPC 519256344, is the controller of personal data collected through this website. Our practices (Software Consultancy, Venture Studio, Fashion Studio, Real Estate, and Strategic Investments & R&D) are all part of this one company. What we collect and why

We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We use a few service providers who process data on our behalf: Lovable for website hosting (running on Cloudflare infrastructure), and Google for email (Google Workspace). Some may process data outside the EU; where they do, transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to working together: deleted 24 months after our last contact. Client, partner and investor records: as long as the relationship lasts, plus any period required by Portuguese tax and accounting law. Server logs: as set by our hosting provider, typically a few weeks.
Cookies
We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting providers set two short-lived cookies the site needs to work:

Both are strictly necessary, so we don't ask for consent. The site stores nothing else on your device.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site works fully without them.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to how we use it, or receive a copy in a portable format. Email contact@siirandruiventures.com and we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD.
Changes
We may update this notice; the date at the top shows the latest version.
