Siir & Rui Ventures is the shared vision of its founders, Siir and Rui. Both have been building since their early teens, writing code, tinkering and exploring long before studying computer science. Their early careers in finance set the standard; building things themselves shaped the rest.

How we work

Co-Founder & CEO
Siir is a full-stack engineer and team lead who has built trading systems at a tier-1 investment bank and a crypto market maker, and most recently trader tooling and AI capabilities for a trading firm. Throughout, she has worked directly with portfolio managers, traders and operations teams. She holds a First Class BSc in Computer Science from the University of Manchester.
Co-Founder
Rui is a senior full-stack developer in front-office and post-trade technology, at a tier-1 investment bank and a multi-strategy hedge fund, working directly with portfolio managers, quants and risk managers on pricing, risk and market data. He holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Manchester.
