A New Home at Pátio | Signature Apartments

Siir & Rui Ventures has reserved a T1 apartment at Pátio in Paços de Ferreira, Porto. It's our second investment with developer Chave Única.

Pátio is a contemporary residential development of 110 apartments. Its buildings are set around a landscaped central courtyard, the pátio that gives the project its name, with stone and wood façades, private terraces and gardens, and rooftop pools.
